Following AC Milan's example, a team can cheat and yet not get relegated. Instead, it can go on to win Europe's most prestigious tournament to be crowned the "Champions" of this continent.
Additionally, West Ham is not docked points for breaching U18. Instead, this inconsistent club receives a fine and goes on to defy the odds of relegation.

You can cheat but you can still win. You can cheat but you lose 10 points less than another club that is being sucked into administration.

So what does it all spell for soccer?
A bleak future?
